Terms and conditions

Last updated: 28 October 2026

KEYAA has not launched yet. Until launch, the site presents the project and lets you sign up to hear first when we start. These terms explain how you may use the site; by using it, you accept them. The terms of the KEYAA service will be published at launch.

Who runs the site

The site operator’s identification and contact details are on the Company details page.

What you find on the site

Information about KEYAA, a rental platform in preparation, and forms to sign up before launch.

Until launch, KEYAA does not offer rental services, does not broker contracts and does not take payments.

The images and examples on the site are illustrative: they are not listings and do not show homes available to rent. The features described are the ones we are preparing and may change before launch.

How you may use the site

You may use the site freely, for personal and informational purposes.

You may not use it for unlawful purposes, try to disrupt its operation or security, extract its content automatically, or use its forms to submit false details or someone else’s details without their consent.

Intellectual property

You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially use the KEYAA name and logo, or the site’s texts, images or design, without our written consent, except where the law allows.

We do our best to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss resulting from using the site or from being unable to use it. Your personal data

The Privacy policy explains how we use the data you give us and what your rights are. The site uses no cookies; the details are in the Cookies section of the same policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example at launch. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of its last update.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If a disagreement arises, we will first try to settle it amicably; otherwise it will be settled by the courts with jurisdiction under the law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and the right to sue in the courts where you live.

You can also use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) through ANPC, Romania’s consumer protection authority: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
